Ingredients:
- Cluster Beans- 500 gm
- Onions -2 nos
- Chana Dal - 2 tsp
- Urad Dal - 2 tsp
- Mustard Seeds - 2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds- 2 tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt -To taste
Step-1: Boil the Cluster Beans and separate them from water by filtering.
Step-2: Take a pan and heat 2 tsp of oil
Step 3: Add Urad Dal
Step-4: Add Chana Dal
Step-5: Add Mustard Seeds
Step-6: Add Cumin Seeds
Step-7: Add Curry Leaves to it
Step-8: Add chopped Onions
Step-9: Fry until the mixture turns little brown color
Step-10: Now, add the Boiled Cluster Beans
Step-11: Add Salt,Turmeric and Red Chilli powder to this
Step-12: Stir the Mixture and cook this by covering with a lid for 10 mins and then the curry is ready to taste.
