Schezwan Fried Rice

Let us see how to cook  Schezwan Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  1. Steam Rice - 1 Cup
  2. Cabbage - 1 Cup
  3. Capsicum - 1 Cup
  4. Spring Onions - 1 Cup
  5. Carrot - 1 no.
  6. French Beans - 1 Cup
  7. Sliced Garlic -4 nos
  8. Onion -1 no.
  9. Schezwan Sauce -3 tsp
  10. Pepper,salt - to taste
Preparation Method:

Step-1: Take a pan and heat 2 tsp of oil
Step-2: Add Sliced Garlic pieces
Step 3: Add already cut French beans
Step-4: Add Cabbage sliced
Step-5: Add Spring onions, which were cut in small pieces
Step-6: Add Carrot pieces
Step-7: Add Chopped Onions
Step-8: Add Chopped Capsicum
Step-9: Fry until the mixture turns little brown color and add Schezwan Sauce
Step-10: Now, stir well for 5 minutes until it turns into dark red color
Step-11: Add the boiled rice to this mixture and stir well and toss it for 5 more minutes
Step-12: Stir the Mixture,add pepper,salt to taste and cook this by covering with a lid for 5 minutes and then the Schezwan Fried Rice ready to taste. add Schezwan sauce if would like to have more reddish color
